1.Scrum Master
The Scrum Master acts as a supportive leader for the team. Responsible to assisting stakeholders outside the team to understand interactions with the team who responsible to assist interactions in order to maximize the value of the team.
What Will You Do In This Role
- Assist and train organizations (executive & all stakeholders) to find/implement efficient processes/ways of making quality products.
- Assist the organization and product owners in determining product goals.
- Facilitate and maximize value for every Scrum Events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review & Retrospectives.
- Coach team members in Agile Manifesto, Scrum Values and any other Agile Framewoks & practices
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration –> Facilitate the Scrum events to be purposeful and effective
- Coach the Product Owner and the team to make sure feedback loop from stakeholders and customers not hindered
- Work with Product Owners to manage backlog and task prioritization.
- Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
- Support scrum team in problem solving, conflict resolution, and obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity –> Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity through teaching, mentoring, facilitating and/or coaching
- Help build a productive environment where team members “own” the product and enjoy working on it
- Measure The Scrum Team’s Effectiveness
- Make sure Transparency of Scrum Artifacts to enable collaboration: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog & Increments
You Are The Perfect Candidate If You Met These Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years experience as scrum master.
- Preferable having a national / international certificate from trusted institutions recognized by professional organizations.
- Strong passion in technology & software development.

- Must be self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems. Understand Scrum Framework Implementation according to Scrum Guide
- Understand Other Agile Framework & Practices will be a plus (Kanban, XP, TDD etc)
2.UX Designer
As an UX Designer in Telkom, you will involve on a broad range of our digital products. We’re looking for exceptional designer who have analytical and creative skills who can grasp user needs and solve problem.
What Will You Do In This Role
- Conduct user research with various qualitative & quantitative research methodologies.
- Analyze and interpret existing data (ex. web analytics, user surveys, customer support calls) and other supporting previous user research data.
- Interpret and articulate the data from research into meaningful insight which will turn into solution, in form of for example Empathy Map, Personas, User Stories, User Journey Maps, and all tools which support those activities.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs.
- Communicate design ideas and prototyping to developers
You Are The Perfect Candidate If You Met These Requirement
- Background in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, IT or a design-related field.
- At least 3-year experience as UX Designer.
- Excellence in analytical thinking and data analyze.
- Excellence in communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Marvel, Invision, Figma or other prototyping tools.
- Experienced in using Research Tools (Lookback, UXTesting, OptimalSort, Maze, TreeJack, etc.)

3.UI Designer
As a UI Designer, you should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
What Will You Do In This Role
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Conduct user testing and evaluate user feedback.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
You Are The Perfect Candidate If You Met These Requirement
- Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, IT, or related with Design.
- At least 3 years experience in UI Designer.
- Project Portfolio and Curriculum Vitae are mandatory.
- Proven UI experience.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, XD, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Proficiency in Marvel, Invision, Figma or other prototyping tools.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

4.Cloud Engineer
As a Cloud Engineer you will responsible for duties associated with cloud computing including planning, design, management, maintenance, and support. Your work involve a lot of technical computer programming cloud services, and you need to be familiar with computer/server hardware as well.
What Will You Do In This Role
- Design and develop cloud platform to empower the engineering team
- Collaborate together to work on open source projects
- Design, implement, and maintain suitable, high available, scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant system both on-premise and cloud environment
- Pair with team members on functional and non-functional requirements and spread design philosophy and goals across the team
- Design and implement distributed computing platform for application
- Continuously improve code quality, product execution and customer delight
- Developing, deploying, and debugging cloud-based applications
- Migrating on-premises workloads and services to cloud
- Implementing end to end logging, monitoring, and auditing system
- Collaborate with security team to improve the security of our platform
- Willing to improve and keep up with the latest technology related to on-premise, cloud and container based technology
